摘要
目的探究与讨论神经外科护理风险与措施。方法条理性的分析我科2012年5月~2014年5月神经外科患者,对其护理风险与防范对策进行了探讨。结果神经外科患者共计90例,风险操作在患者身上出现30例,当中因为院方疏忽而出现5例,因为护理人员原因而产生16例,护理风险比较高。结论神经外科中存在的护理风险随处可见,因而对这些护理风险要加强认知,并将护理风险的防范措施在护理中确切落实好,保障患者身体安全。
Objective To explore and discuss the risk and measures of nursing in department of neurosurgery.MethodsA rational analysis of our department from May 2012 to May 2014 in the department of neurosurgery patients, the nursing risks and prevention measures were discussed.ResultsA total of 90 cases of neurosurgical patients, operational risk in patients appeared 30 cases. And because of the negligence of the hospital and the emergence was 5 cases, because of the reasons of nursing staff produced 16 cases.Conclusion The nursing risks exist in the department of neurosurgery everywhere. So, we should strengthen cognitive of the nursing risk prevention measures and ensure the physical safety of patients.
