摘要
以菌丝生物量为指标,筛选出木蹄层孔菌液体发酵培养基配方,并进行了粗多糖提取。结果表明:培养基配方为葡萄糖3.0%,蛋白胨1.0%,酵母浸膏0.5%,Na NO30.1%,K2HPO40.1%,KCl 0.05%,Fe SO40.001%,p H值为7.0,用紫外可见分光光度法绘制标准曲线,可测得粗多糖含量。
Taking biomass of mycelium as the measurement index,this paper selects out the compounds of Fomes fomentarius liquid fermentation culture medium, and carries out the extraction of crude polysaccharide.The results show that the best components of the liquid fermentation culture medium includes glucose（3.0%）,peptone（1.0%）, yeast extract（0.5%）,Na NO3C0.1%）, K2HPO4（0.1%）,KCl（0.05%）and Fe SO4（0.001%）,p H value is 7.0, and the contents of crude polysaccharide can be determined with the help of the standard curve drawn by using UV- spectrophotometric method.
