摘要
目的:探究加替沙星序贯疗法在老年下呼吸道感染治疗过程中对患者免疫功能影响及临床疗效。方法:将患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和治疗组。观察组接受加替沙星序贯疗法治疗,对照组接受左氧氟沙星常规治疗。比较两组患者药物治疗前后免疫功能实验室指标变化及临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率为92.1%,高于对照组的81.6%(P<0.05);两组患者痰培养病原菌的阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组对细菌清除率(89.2%)显著高于对照组(80.6%;P<0.05);用药期间出现各类不良反应观察组较对照组少(P<0.05)。结论:加替沙星序贯疗法对于老年下呼吸道感染较常规左氧氟沙星治疗对患者免疫功能的影响更小,对细菌的清除率更高,不良反应较少,对临床用药具有指导作用。
Objective：To inquiry the effect of Gatifloxacin Sequential Therapys influence on immune function and clinical effect in elderly patients with respiratory tract infection. Methods：76 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 38 cases in each group. The observation group received Gatifloxacin Sequential therapy treatment scheme,the control group received routine treatment schemes of levofloxacin. Clinical effect and changes of laboratory index of immune function were compared between the two groups during the treatment. Results：The observation group were treated with a total effective rate of 92.1%,higher than that in the control groups of 81.6%（P0.05）; the sputum culture positive rate between two groups of patients had no statistical difference（P0.05）,but in the observation group of bacterial clearance rate（89.2%）was significantly higher than that in control group（P80.6%; 0.05）; and adverse reaction in observation group was less than that in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion：The effect of Gatifloxacin Sequential Therapy on immune function and clinical effect in patients with lower respiratory tract infection in elderly patients is more effective,which has higher rate on the bacterial clearance and less adverse reaction.
