摘要
目的探讨对脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者实施中医康复护理的效果。方法选取2012年7月至2013年3月住院的166例脑卒中患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组83例。对照组采用脑卒中常规护理进行康复护理;试验组采用中医康复护理。按实施计划干预1个月时对患者进行神经功能缺损、日常生活能力和满意度评分比较。结果干预后,试验组患者的神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,Barthel指数评分、康复护理满意度和生活满意度均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中医康复护理可以改善脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者的神经功能缺损程度,提高其日常生活能力和康复满意度。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of TCM rehabilitation nursing on physical dysfunction in patients after stroke. Methods A total of 166 stroke patients were recruited and divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group（ n = 83 ） received routine nursing care, while the experimental group （n = 83 ） received TCM rehabilitation nursing. The patients were evaluated using China Stroke Scale （CSS）, Barthel Imdex（BI） and satis- faction questionnaire after one month of nursing interventions. Results The neurological impairment scores in the experimental group were lower than the control group, but the CSS, BI and satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The TCM rehabilitation nursing can improve neurological deficit the ability of daily life and of stroke patients with physical dysfunction satisfaction.
