摘要
采用光学显微镜、拉伸试验机及显微硬度计研究了热处理对BTi-6431S合金氩弧焊焊接组织与性能的影响。结果表明,BTi-6431S合金氩弧焊原始焊接组织为铸态块状初生α相和片层状β相转变组织组成,经不同温度焊后热处理获得不同形态α相和β相。随着热处理温度的升高,初生α相含量减少,细小针状的α'马氏体和球状α相增多并粗化,室温与高温抗拉强度和规定塑性延伸强度及伸长率呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,室温显微硬度在650℃热处理时最高。
Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of argon arc-welded BTi-6431 S alloy was investigated by means of optical microscope,tensile tester and micro-hardness tester. The results show that as-welded microstructure of argon arc-welded BTi-6431 S alloy is composed of primary α-phase block and lamellar β-phase. The various α-phase and β-phase can be obtained by different heat treatment processes. With the increase of heat treatment temperature,the primary α-phase decreases,meanwhile the fine needle-like α'martensite and the globular α phase increase and are coarse. The tensile strength,yield strength and the elongation at room and high temperature increase firstly and then decrease. The high micro-hardness appears when heat treating at 650 ℃.
