摘要
以金属骨架材料Cu2(4,4′-bipy)2-(O3SCH2CH2SO3)为吸附剂,研究了吸附时间、吸附剂用量和1-辛烯含量等对模拟油脱硫的影响。结果表明,在常温常压、Cu和S物质的量比为2、烯烃质量分数为30%、吸附时间120min下,脱硫率可达75.6%。在此基础上,研究了其对加氢后汽油的吸附脱硫效果。结果表明,吸附剂可以把加氢后汽油的含硫质量分数从40μg/g降低到8μg/g;再生后的吸附剂重复使用6次,其性能基本不变。
The desulfurization from model and real gasoline by selective adsorption using Cuz (4,4'-bipy)2-(O3 SCH2 CH2 SO3 ) was investigated at ambient temperature and pressure. The effect of adsorption time, adsorbent amount and the concentration of 1-octene on the adsorption desulfurization performance was studied. The results showed that adsorption rate of model gasoline using Cu2 (4,4r-bipy)2-(O3 SCH2 C H2 SO3 ) reached 75.6 % when the mole ratio of Cu to S was 2, the mass fraction of 1-octene in model gasoline was 30% and adsorption time was 120 min. Sulfur content in real hydrotreated gasoline would decrease from 40μg/g to 8μg/g after adsorption by Cu2 (4,4'-bipy)z-(O3 SCH2 CH2 SO3 ), and there was no obvious changes in adsorption performance after recycling 6 times.
