不同级别脑膜瘤组织中MMP-9的表达

摘要 目的探讨脑膜瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达及其与脑膜瘤级别的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测38例脑膜瘤组织中MMP-9的表达。结果脑膜瘤组织中MMP-9的阳性表达率为42.1%,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级的阳性表达率分别为27.3%、40.0%、100.0%,总体比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MMP-9的阳性表达率随脑膜瘤级别的上升而逐渐增高。结论脑膜瘤组织中存在MMP-9的高表达,且脑膜瘤级别越高阳性表达越高,其表达高低可预测脑膜瘤的级别。
