摘要
目的:探讨处女膜修补术的几种方法。方法:对2013-2015年63例处女膜修补术的手术方法进行回顾性分析并随访。结果:环行埋线法22例,痊愈率100%;夹层法33例,2例未愈;三层缝合法8例,1例未愈;未愈者均采用环行埋线法二次修补,效果满意。结论:每种手术方法都有优势与局限性,应因人而异。
Objective Clinical research of different method of hymenorrhaphy. Methods For 63 patients with surgical repair of the hymen from 2013 to 2015,Methods of operation were analyzed retrospectively and follow-up. Results The cases of Loop embedding method were 22 and the cure rate was 100%.The cases of sandwich method were 33 and 2 patients were not cured.The cases of suture three stratums around the introitus methods were 8 and 1 patients were not cured. Conclusion Every operational manner has superiority and limitation,so we should adopt appropriate method aim at different patient.
