摘要
选用甘薯品种苏薯17号和徐薯22,设置不同土壤肥力水平,研究土壤肥力水平对甘薯干物质积累与分配的影响。结果表明,1在高肥力条件下,苏薯17号具有薯块膨大早且快的"早熟"特性,后期地上部茎叶长势偏旺,导致其最终产量偏低。徐薯22表现出较好的耐肥性,前期早生快发,后期叶面积指数下降慢以及中后期较高净同化率是其获得较高经济产量的保证。2在低肥力条件下,苏薯17号前期叶面积稳步上升,中后期净同化率下降更慢,干物质向块根转化效率高于对照徐薯22,表现出一定的耐瘠薄性。低肥力使徐薯22生长受到一定的抑制,后期长势偏弱,影响了其最终产量。
The effect of different soil fertility levels on dry matter accumulation and distribution were studied under higher and lower soil fertil- ity levels to provide a scientific basis for the production of good quality and high effective on sweetpotato. Sweetpotato eultivars Sushu17 and Xushu22 were used as the experimental material and planted with different soil fertility levels. The results showed that: (i)Under high soil fertility condition, Sushu17 had variety characteristics of early maturity. The stems and leaves of Sushu17 developped too faster in later peri- od, which ultimately led to lower economic fields. Xushu22 had stronger fertilizer-tolerance, faster reviving after transplanting, leaf area dura- tion(LAD) decreased slowly in the later period and higher net assimilation rate(NAR) in middle-later peried are important reasons for its high economic output. (ii) Under conditions of lower fertility, the leaf area duration ( LAD ) of Sushu17 increased steadily, net assimilation rate(NAR) more slowly decreased in mlddle-later period and the storage roots dry matter conversion eficiency were higher than the control Xushu 22, with some barren-tolerance. Lower fertility conditions had inhibitory effects on the growth of Xushu 22 and led to the stems and leaves too weak in later period, which ultimately led to lower economic yields.
