摘要 随着老年痴呆患病率逐年增加,其治疗显得尤为重要,干细胞移植有望能从根本上阻止疾病的进程。骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSC)是一种来源丰富,具有强大的自我增殖能力和多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,已被广泛用于多种疾病的细胞和基因治疗。近年研究表明,在特定条件下骨髓间充质干细胞可向神经元样细胞分化,但其分子机制及信号通路的调控尚不明确。有研究发现,Wnt/β-catenin信号与骨髓间充质干细胞神经分化存在密切联系,但有关两者的确切关系及其机制仍有待于进一步阐明。深入研究骨髓间充质干细胞神经分化的机制及Wnt/β-catenin信号通路对其的调控作用,对老年痴呆的基因治疗、细胞移植等有重要的应用价值。 With the prevalence of Alzheimer′s disease increasing every year , the treatment of Alzheimer′s patients is particularly important , and stem cell transplantation is expected to fundamentally prevent the disease process .Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells ( BMSC ) as a source of abundant , with a strong self-proliferation and differentiation potential of adult stem cells ,has been widely used in cell and gene therapy of many diseases .Recent studies have shown that BMSC could differentiate into neuron -like cells under certain conditions , but the molecular mechanism and regulation of signaling pathways is not clear . Studies have found that Wnt/β-catenin signaling and neural differentiation of BMSC are closely linked ,but the exact relationship and mechanisms between them still need to be further elucidated .The in-depth study of mechanism of BMSC neural differentiation and the regulation of Wnt /β-catenin signaling pathway , has important application value of Alzheimer′s gene therapy and cell transplantation .
