摘要
狐、貉、貂等毛皮动物毛纤维颜色丰富,含有多种天然毛色,主要由遗传基因决定。掌握调控毛皮动物毛色基因的作用机制,可以有效控制毛皮动物毛色的转变。动物毛色表型与其体内黑色素的种类、数量、合成及分布有关。在动物皮肤组织中,MC1R基因、Agouti基因、TYR基因、CBD103基因、SILV基因和KIT基因都参与毛色的形成与调控,文章对这些调控毛皮动物毛色的候选基因、作用机理及其与毛色表型的相关性研究进行了综述。
The colors of hair fiber in fox,raccoon,mink,and other fur animals,are rich and contain a variety of natural colors,which are mainly determined by the genetic gene. Mastering the mechanism of action of regulating and controlling the coat color genes from fur animals,can effectively control the changes in the coat colors of fur animals. The phenotypes of coat colors of animals are related to the types,quantity,synthesis and distribution of melanin in the body of animals. All of the MC1 R,Agouti,TYR,CBD103,SILV and KIT genes participate in the formation and regulation of coat colors in the skin tissues of fur animals. This paper summarizes the correlation study of these candidate genes to regulate and control the coat colors of fur animals,the mechanism of action and the phenotypes of the coat colors.
