摘要
目的探索经腹腔镜全腹膜外无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的应用价值。方法将150例腹股沟疝患者按不同手术方案随机均分为观察组(经腹腔镜全腹膜外无张力疝修补术,n=75)和对照组(开放式无张力疝修补术,n=75),对患者的术后治疗效果及并发症发生情况进行分析比较。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛时间及住院时间分别为(63.1±11.7)min、(17.1±3.6)m L、(1.21±0.38)d、(4.3±3.2)d,对照组为(57.9±10.4)min、(18.4±2.8)m L、(2.86±0.71)d、(6.0±3.1)d,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者术后并发症发生率(9.33%)明显低于对照组(21.33%)(P<0.05)。结论经腹腹腔镜全腹膜外无张力疝修补术治疗效果确切,安全性高,住院时间短,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore clinical value of laparoscopic total extraperitoneal tension-free herniorrhaphy for patients with inguinal hernia. Methods 150 cases patients with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into observation group（were given laparoscopic total extraperitoneal tension-free herniorrhaphy therapy）and Control group（were given open tension-free hernia repair therapy） ,comparative analysis were made on the effect and complications of the two groups after operation. Results The observation group was evidently superior to the control one in intraoperative blood loss, duration of postoperative pain and complication rate（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic total extraperitoneal tension-free herniorrhaphy has a definite therapeutic effect on patients with inguinal hernia, wich is safe and can shorten hospitalization time, deserve the clinical expansion.
