摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗对2型早期糖尿病肾病患者的疗效及肾功能的影响。方法:将我科收治的78例2型早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组(简称观察组)以及单纯西药治疗组(简称对照组),每组各39例。治疗后比较两组患者的疗程及检测指标的变化情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者的SCr、BUN、MAU、24h尿白蛋白定量均降低明显,同时,观察组患者的胃肠道不适、低血压、干咳以及血钾异常的不良发生率均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合可有效改善2型早期糖尿病肾病的肾功能,提高临床疗效,安全性较好,具有较好的临床推广价值。
Objective: To observe the curative effect and renal function in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 78 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 39 cases in each group; the patients in observation group were treated with the integratirem medicine; the patients in control group were treated with western medicine. Arterial clinical efficacy and detection index in the two groups were compared. Results : Compared with control group, the observation group of patients with SCr, BUN, MAU, 24 h urinary albumin quantitative were reduced obviously; at the same time, the observation group of patients with gastrointestinal discomfort, low blood pressure, dry cough and potassium abnormal incidence of adverse reduce significant differences statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrative medicine can obviously improve the patient’s kidney function urinary protein, reduce the adverse reaction in the treatment of early type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
