摘要
目的对比分析妇科手术患者麻醉前后留置尿管的舒适度。方法选取中山市黄圃人民医院2014年1月至2014年10月间收治的120例妇科手术患者,根据麻醉方式及插管时间的不同分为A组(硬膜外麻醉前插管)、B组(硬膜外麻醉后插管)、C组(全麻前插管)、D组(全麻后插管)4组,各30例,观察比较各组患者的舒适度。结果插管时4组患者的舒适度比较,B、D组明显优于A、C组(P<0.05)。插管后4组患者的舒适度比较,A、C组明显优于B、D组(P<0.05)。结论妇科手术患者麻醉前留置尿管的舒适度优于麻醉后留置尿管。
Objective To compare the comfort of the patients undergoing gynecological operation when indwelling catheter before and after anesthesia. Methods 120 patients undergoing gynecological operation were selected in Huangpu People＇ s Hos- pital of Zhongshan City from January to October in 2014. The patients were divided to group A （ intubation before epidural anes- thesia）, group B （ intubation after epidural anesthesia）, group C （ intubation before general anesthesia） and group D （ intubation after general anesthesia） according to the mode of anesthesia and intubation time, 30 patients in each group. The comforts of each group were observed in. Results The comforts of group B and D were significantly better than group A and C before intu- bation （P 〈 0.05）. The comforts of group A and C was significantly better than group B and D after intubation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The comforts of the patients undergoing gynecological operation when indwelling catheter before anesthesia was su- perior to after anesthesia.
