摘要
惯性导航系统轴承(简称惯导轴承)运行在温度及转速不断变化的复杂工况下,它的摩擦力矩特性关系到运载体的姿态稳定和相关仪表指示精度。本文在自行研制开发的试验台上,测试了某型号惯导轴承在不同转速、轴向载荷、环境温度及运转时间下的摩擦力矩。试验结果表明:转速对惯导轴承摩擦力矩的影响最大,轴承摩擦力矩随转速波动变化;惯导轴承摩擦力矩随轴向载荷的增加而增加,但并非线性关系,且在承受较小轴向载荷时轴承摩擦力矩随转速的波动变化趋势较平稳;环境温度对惯导轴承摩擦力矩有明显影响,在不同的dn值(轴承内径与转速的乘积)下轴承摩擦力矩随温度升高呈现不同的变化趋势;惯导轴承需要一定的跑合时间,轴承摩擦力矩在初始运行阶段有一个短暂的下降过程,之后达到稳定值。
Inertial navigation system( INS) bearings run at varying temperature and speed. Its working conditions are complex. The friction torque characteristic of INS bearings is related to the carrier attitude stabilization and the indicating accuracy of associated instruments. INS bearings friction torque test was conducted under conditions of different speeds,axial loads,ambient temperatures and running time. The results show that the rotating speed has the largest impact on INS bearings friction torque which fluctuates along with speed variation. The friction torque of INS bearings increases with increasing axial load,but they are not in linear relationship. The friction torque fluctuation with speed variation is not significant under a smaller axial load. Ambient temperature has an obvious effect on INS bearings friction torque. When the dn( procluct of inner diameter and rotatiuon speed) value of INS bearings is in different range,the changing trend of the friction torque is also different. INS bearings need some running-time to achieve stable working state. The friction torque has a short fall in the initial phase,then it keeps unchanged.
