摘要
介绍了煤的磨损特性的试验测量方法,通过煤的磨损特性与其成分的关系,对计算方法进行了分析研究,并得出各个计算方法与冲刷磨损指数Ke的相关程度。结果表明:通过计算矿物质含量所得的数值与Ke值具有非常高的线性相关度,在未取得Ke值的时候可以利用其直接判断煤的磨损特性,进而指导磨煤机选型。
An introduction is being presented to the testing and measurement way for abrasive properties of coal, together with an analysis on the calculation methods according to the relationship between abrasive property and chemical composition of the coal, so as to obtain the degree of correlation between various calculation methods and the impingement abrasion index Ke. Results show that there is a high degree of linear correlation between mineral content obtained by calculation and the Ke, and the former one can directly be used to determine the abrasive property of coal if the value of Ke can t be acquired, thus guiding the model selection of pulverizers.
