半空心型材是很常见的铝型材。挤压半空心铝型材的模具要解决模具强度问题。通过实际例子,介绍了一种遮盖式挤压模的设计。在设计过程中,可以根据型材的特点,选择遮盖式分流模或遮盖式导流模结构。对这两种结构的设计要点作了详细的分析,目的在于向同行推广使用这种模具。
As common profiles in practice, semi-hollow profiles face die strength problems in the process of the extrusion. A design of extrusion die with a covering plate was introduced through real examples from practice. Covering porthole die or covering flow-guide die can be designed depending on profile characteristics. Design features of both structures are analyzed in detail, to promote them to the industry counterparts.
