丁二烯装置萃取精馏塔的影响因素分析及对策 被引量:4

摘要 为解决中国石油兰州石化公司12万t/a碳四抽提丁二烯装置生产中出现开车周期短、塔压差波动、中控及最终产品质量波动的问题,对装置碳四原料进料状态、萃取剂、回流比、物料平衡、二萃塔侧线、抽出量、温度等影响因素进行分析,并提出了相应的对策。结果表明,碳四原料采用气液相混合进料的方式并控制乙腈中二聚物和水含量有助于装置稳定生产。当一萃塔腈烃比为(6.5±0.5),回流比为(3.0±0.3),二萃塔腈烃比为3,回流比为(2.0±0.3)时,萃取精馏塔的分离效果较佳。二萃塔侧线温度控制在(137.0±1.5)℃,才能保证侧线抽出的乙烯基乙炔体积分数为23%~32%。 In order to solve the problems, such as shorter production cycle, more significant fluctuation of tower pressure drop and unstable quality of intermediate control and final products,occurred in a 120 kt/a C4 extraction butadiene unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, PetroChina, the influence factors of extractive distillation tower were analyzed, including the feeding state of C4 raw material, extraction agent, reflux ratio, material balance and side -cut temperature and amount in the second extraction tower, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. The results showed that it was favorable for stable unit operation to feed C4 raw material inthe mode of gas and liquid mixture and to control the content of dimer and water in acetonitrile at an appropriate level. Under the conditions of nitrile to hydrocarbon ratio of the first extraction tower (6.5 ±0. 5 ) , reflux ratio (3.0±0. 3 ), nitrile to hydrocarbon ratio of the second extraction tower 3, reflux ratio (2.0 ± 0. 3), the extractive distillation tower had a better separation effect. Only was the tempera- ture of the second extraction tower controlled at ( 137.0 ± 1.5 ) ℃ ,the volume fraction of the side - cut Vinylacetylene was 23% - 32%.
