摘要
目的观察慢性中耳炎患者应用内镜下鼓室成形术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取商丘市第三人民医院治疗的72例（83耳）慢性中耳炎患者作为研究对象，全部予以内镜下鼓室成形术进行治疗，对72例（83耳）患者术后干耳发生情况进行观察，并比较患者手术前后的听力情况。结果治疗后67例为术后干耳，经随访12个月，60例患者治愈。对比患者术前和术后听力情况，患者术前骨导听阙值全部高于术后，且患者术后听力水平全部高于手术前听力水平，组间听力情况比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用内镜下鼓室成形术治疗慢性中耳炎可有效降低患者骨导听阙值，显著提高患者听力水平。
Objective To observe the effect of endoscopic tympanoplasty on chronic otitis media. Methods Sev- enty-two patients （ 83 ears） with chronic otitis media were selected as the objects, they were all treated by endoscopic tym- panoplasty. The incidence of dry ear postoperative were observed, and the listening situation before and after the operation were compared. Results After treatment, there were 67 cases of postoperative dry ear. After 12 months followed-up, 60 patients were cured. The preoperative bone conduction hearing threshold was higher than that after surgery, and the hearing level was higher than that before operation, the differences were significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclu- sions The application of endoscopic myringoplasty therapy can effectively reduce the bone conduction hearing threshold, significantly improve the hearing level.
