摘要
近年来,随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,分级诊疗及双向转诊的实施成为城市医院和社区卫生服务机构的重点探索实践领域。在实践过程中,暴露出了因社区卫生服务体系不完善造成社区和医院间双向转诊制度无法落实。作者通过总结分析目前双向转诊过程中遇到的主要问题,提出"医联体"模式下的双向转诊机制,为各地完善现有双向转诊机制提供借鉴。
With the development of healthcare reform in recent years, hierarchical hospital visit system and dual referral are the key areas of exploration in public hospitals and community health service center. Because of incomplete community health service system, the dual referral system can not be implemented in practice. The article summarize and analysis the major problem during the dual referral, then proposed dual referral mechanism based on hospital CIS Mode, helping different areas to improve dual referral mechanism.
