鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎1例报告并文献复习 被引量：27

摘要 病例资料患者男性,68岁,退休工程师,于2014年8月19日因发热1月伴厌油1周住院。患者1月前无明显诱因出现发热,发热以下午及夜间明显,最高达39℃,通常波动在38℃左右,伴畏寒、寒战,无咳嗽、咳痰,无多汗、盗汗,自行服用退热药物后,体温可降至正常,未重视。10天后仍有发热,于7月29日去当地社区医院就诊,行胸部透视检查提示“肺炎”,患者自服莫西沙星每日一片，共8天，发热仍未消退。
