摘要
在精密齿轮的设计中,齿轮的齿廓是设计的重点和难点,以Auto CAD软件为设计平台,根据渐开线的形成特点,渐开线的性质,来绘制齿轮的渐开线齿廓,绘制的方法是对齿轮的基圆进行n等分,在各个等分点分别作基圆的切线,把基圆的周长拉直也做同样的n等分,根据等分的对应长度在相应的切线上取点,绘出基圆的渐开线,得出一个齿廓,然后进行阵列命令的操作,绘制各个齿廓,最后用Auto CAD的拉伸命令进行拉伸操作,就可以绘制出齿轮的三维模型。
In the design of precision gear,gear tooth profile is the key and difficult point. Based on the Auto CAD software,according to the forming characteristics of involute and its properties,drawing the gear of involute tooth profile,rendering the method of dividing the gear base circle into N parts equally,and making tangents respectively at all points of the base circle,straightening the circumference of the base circle and making the same division,then according to the corresponding lengths of points in the corresponding tangent,drawing base circle involute,drawing a profile,and then an array command operation,drawing each tooth profile,finally drawing commands Auto CAD stretched,then we can draw a 3D model of gear.
