摘要
压实作业是沥青路面施工中的关键工序,压实质量直接关系到沥青路面的施工质量和使用寿命,选用科学的压实工艺,合理制定压实方法,是提高沥青路面压实质量的重要手段。笔者参与的多个沥青路面项目施工中,采用了以轮胎压路机揉搓碾压为主的揉压压实施工技术,技术性能稳定,压实效率高,结果满足规范要求。且经济效益和社会效益明显,具有较高的推广价值。
The compaction work is the key process in construction of asphalt pavement, the compaction quality is directly related to the construction quality and service life of asphalt roadbed. Choosing scientific compaction technology and establishing reasonable compaction method is the importan~ way to improve the compaction quality of asphalt pavement. The author participated in multiple project construction of the asphalt pavement, the knead pressing implementation technique of pneumatic tyre roller is adopted, the technical performance of it is stable, the compaction efficiency of it is highand the results meet the specification requirements. The economic benefits and social benefits of it are obvious, and it has high popularization value.
