摘要
介绍高速公路建设项目投资风险评价指标体系构建的原则和思路,并建立包括5个维度和23个评价指标的评价指标体系。在基础上向五个省份进行问卷调查,回收问卷有效率93.55%,采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析方法,使构建的评价指标体系的科学性得到验证。
First, this paper introduces the principle and idea of the evaluation index system of the highway construction project investment risk. Then, constructs evaluation index system which including five dimensions and 23 evaluation index. On the basis of questionaire survey in five provinces, using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analyzes and examines the scientificalness of the evaluation index system. The result shows that the evaluation index system has a higher scientificalness.
