摘要
通过盆栽试验研究了5种不同的烤烟品种对重金属镉(Cd)与铅(Pb)的吸收累积差异.结果表明,土壤Cd浓度2mg/kg时,云87品种的生物量耐性指数、各器官Cd含量与累积量及烟叶转运系数最高,且显著高于红大品种;其余品种居中;不同品种各器官Cd分配规律从多到少为烟叶、茎、根.土壤Pb浓度500mg/kg时,KRK26品种的生物量耐性指数及各器官Pb含量与累积量均较高,红大品种最低;其中根、茎的Pb含量KRK26品种显著高于其它品种,烟叶Pb含量品种间差异不显著;茎、叶转运系数以云87与红大品种显著较高;不同品种各器官分配规律从多到少均为根、叶、茎.
A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the differences in Cd and Pb accumulation among five flue-cured tobacco varieties. When soil Cd content was 2 mg/kg, Yun 87 had the highest tolerance in- dex, Cd accumulation and transport coefficient, and Hongda had the lowest, the difference being signifi- cant statistically. Of various organs of the plants, the leaf had the highest Cd content, followed by the stem and the root, in all varieties. When soil Pb content was 500 mg/kg, KRK26 had the highest toler- ance index and Pb accumulation, and Hongda had the lowest. Pb accumulation in the roots and stems of KRK26 was significantly higher than that in Hongda, while it showed no significant differences in the leav- es of the five varieties. The transport coefficient of Hongda and Yun87 was higher, and Pb content in the plants of the five varieties followed the sequence of roots〉leaves〉stems.
