摘要
清洁能源的足量供应是中国经济可持续发展的关键。目前,国内常规油气资源的动用程度已非常高,而海外获取油气资源的成本越来越高,难度越来越大。美国页岩气的成功实践证明我国丰富的页岩气资源是一个令人难以抗拒的巨大诱惑,但是诱惑同时也是挑战。相比美国,我国在资源量、既有条件方面有明显优势,主体技术、环保问题基本同步,在开发现状和管网条件两方面发展迅速、差距逐渐缩小;但起步较晚,页岩气藏地质条件复杂,技术系列不够完备以及地面条件限制,阻碍了页岩气开发的步伐,我国页岩气的商业化开发还有很长的路要走。明白优势,可不必过分保守;看清差距,又不致过分激进,希望本文能对中国的页岩气开发提供参考性意见。
In terms of the sustainable development of economy, it is the key to supply enough clean energy to China. At present, the development degree, which is on the conventional oil-gas resources, is high at home. On the other side, it needs to cost more money and face more difficulty to get the fossil fuel overseas. The fact is that rich shale-gas resource is not a big temptation hard to refuse but a challenge in China. Compared with USA, China has the advantages on the shale-gas resources and the present condition. It is synchronous on the principal technique and environmental protection. The developing status, as well as pipeline-network, has been grown rapidly and the gap decreased gradually. In contrast, the obvi ous disadvantages, such as the delayed beginning, complex geological characteristic, incomplete technology series and restriction of surface requirements, hamper the step of shale-gas development. Consequent ly, there is a long way to go in the commercially development of shale-gas in our country. Only realizing the superiority and inferiority, can the strategy be rational. With this paper, the writer hopes that it can offer suggestion to the shatle-gas development of China.
