摘要
在工业遗产住区的保护与改造过程中,引入商业功能往往能为社区发展带来活力,然而商业空间的植入需要考虑当地的社会文化、经济条件、居住人口结构等诸多问题。特别是在历史遗产居住区内,还要保护具有历史价值的建筑群落和空间环境。基于空间句法理论,选取洛阳涧西工业遗产区十号街坊为研究对象,讨论工业遗产住区改造中的商业空间规划策略及其所面临的问题。
In the process of protection and renovation of industrial heritage community, the introduction of commercial function can always bring vitality for community development, however, there are many problems need to be considered such as the local social culture, the economic conditions, the structure of the resident population and so on. Especially in the historical heritage area,we also should protect the buildings and the space environment which have historical value.This paper, based on the theory of space syntax, taking the lOth neighborhood in LuoYang JianXi industrial heritage community as the research object, discusses the strategies and problems of commercial space planning in the process of protection and renovation of industrial heritage community.
