摘要
"卓越教师"计划实施时,高校应依据《中小学教师专业标准》,进一步修订人才培养目标。与此同时,还要采用"理论—实践"与"实践—理论"双重循环的卓越教师培养方式;选聘中小学教师加盟高校师资队伍,加强双师型教师队伍建设,为卓越教师教育提供理论与实践双向师资。在培养过程中还可以吸引中小学全程参与,实行UGS合作培养的双向传递模式。
In implementation of the "Excellent Teacher" program, the university should be based on Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Professional Standards revising the talent training objectives; using "theory- practice" and "practice- theory" doubled excellent teacher training methods; hiring primary and secondary teachers joining in the university faculty; building double-qualified teachers teams to provide teachers for the outstanding teacher education. In the training process, universities should solicit full participation of primary schools and implement the bidirectional transfer mode of UGS cooperative training.
