摘要
目的:观察养血清脑颗粒辅助对原发性高血压伴随症状改善作用及临床效果,优化临床治疗疗效与安全性,为临床治疗提供借鉴。方法:将86例符合入组标准的高血压患者随机分为观察组43例和对照组43例,所有患者均伴有头痛、失眠、头晕、心悸、胸闷、记忆力减退等伴随症状,对照组患者按常规降压方法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上再口服养血清脑颗粒辅助治疗,每次1袋,每日3次,两组均治疗12周,治疗前后采用电子血压计测血压,观察头痛、失眠、头晕、心悸、胸闷、记忆力减退等伴随症状改善效果,并进行伴随症状疗效及总临床疗效评价,记录不良反应发生情况。结果:(1)观察组和对照组治疗后收缩压和舒张压均较治疗前明显降低,差异具有统计学意义,均P<0.05,观察组治疗后收缩压和舒张压明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,均P<0.05。(2)观察组头痛、失眠、头晕、心悸、胸闷、记忆力减退的症状疗效明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,均P<0.05。结论:养血清脑颗粒辅助治疗高血压患者能够有效降低血压,对伴随症状疗效显著,尤其是改善头痛、失眠的作用,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广使用。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of Yangxueqingnao Granule on hypertension and the associated symptoms,optimize clinical efficacy and safety and provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods：86 patients with hypertension met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 43 cases,all patients had the associated symptoms including headache,insomnia,dizziness,palpitations,lightheadedness,memory loss,etc.The control group were given conventional antihypertensive therapy,the observation group were given Yangxueqingnao Granule on the basis of the control group,1 bag every time,three times every day,both groups had been treated for 12 weeks,the Blood pressure were measured by electronic sphygmomanometer before and after treatment,observed the effect of the associated symptoms including headache,insomnia,dizziness,palpitations,lightheadedness,memory loss,etc. evaluated the efficacy of associated symptoms and clinic,recorded adverse events. Results：（1）The DBP and SBP of the observation group and the control group after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant,P0.05,the DBP and SBP of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P0.05.（2）The efficacy of headache,insomnia,dizziness,palpitations,lightheadedness,memory loss of the observation group were better than the control group,P0.05.Conclusion：Yangxueqingnao Granule can effectively increase blood pressure,have a significant effect on the associated symptoms,especially in improving headache and insomnia role,has no significant adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical use.
