摘要
以徐州农业科学研究所10年发展实践为例,阐述了改革运行机制,实现跨越发展的新成绩,陈述了调优专业结构、提升创新能级的主要做法,明确了在新形势下农业科技创新所面临的机遇挑战,提出了加大科研投入、营造良好科研环境的发展对策。
New achievements achieved by reforming operational modes and realizing leap development in 10-year de-velopment practices of Xuzhou Institute of Agricultural Sciences were reviewed. Main measures to optimize major structure and improve innovation capability were presented. Under the new situation, facing the opptunities and challeages in agro-tech innovation, developmental strategies such as investing more in scientific researches and creating atmosphere favorable for scientific researches were proposed.
