摘要
目的探讨调剂管理与药学监护在药房药品中的应用效果。方法抽取于2012年1月在药房药品管理中应用调剂管理及药学监护的200例资料为观察组,另选取2011年1月至12月实施常规药品管理的200例资料为对照组,比较两组调剂时间、取药等候时间、药品盘点时间及用药错误率。结果观察组患者的调剂时间、取药等候时间、药品盘点时间明显短于对照组,且用药错误率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论药房管理中加强调剂管理与药学监护能有效缩短患者等候时间,减少用药错误发生,提高药房工作效率。
Objective To explore the application effect of dispensing management in pharmacy and pharmaceutical care.Methods The data of 200 cases from our hospital and pharmaceutical care in the application of dispensing management of pharmacy medicines management in 2012 January as the observation group and the other in 2011 January to 2011 December were selected out of 200 cases of conventional medicines as control group,compared two groups of medicine dispensing time,waiting time,drug checking time and the rate of medication errorsResults The observation group patients take medicine dispensing time,waiting time,drug checking time was shorter than the control group,and the rate of medication errors were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conctusion Strengthen the regulation management and pharmaceutical care can effectively shorten the waiting time for patients in pharmacy management,reduce medication errors,improve the working efficiency of pharmacy.
