摘要
目的 探讨眼外伤的发病特点、并发症、治疗方法及预后。方法 对我院住院的132例眼外伤病人的临床资料进行分析。结果 132例眼外伤病人中,男∶女为1.94∶1,多发年龄为25~56岁;眼外伤并发症以前房积血、外伤性白内障、玻璃体积血、继发性青光眼为主;治疗后视力仍为盲者70眼（53.03%）。结论 眼外伤后果严重,并发症多,致盲率高,社会危害大,但大多是可以预防和避免的,加强安全教育是防治的关键。
Objective To explore the clinical features, complications, therapy and prognosis of ocular injuries. Me- thods A retrospective review was done for clinical data of 132 patients （132 eyes） with ocular injuries. Results Of the 132 pa tients with ocular injuries, the ratio of male and female was 1.94 ： 1, mostly occurred in 25-56 years of age, main complications being hyphema, traumatic catoract, vitreous hemorrhage, and secondary glaucoma. Seventy eyes （53.03 %） remained blind after treatment. Conclusion The consequence of ocular injuries is serious with many complications, high blindness rate, and great so- cial harm, most of them can be prevented and avoided, to strengthen the safety education is the key of prevention and treatment.
