摘要
长期的稳定保持是正畸治疗的一个重要环节,但保持方法灵活多变,临床中应该根据错的类型适当选取保持方法。Hawley保持器、压膜式透明保持器、固定式舌侧保持器是临床中3种常用的保持器,本文将从保持效果、对牙周健康的影响、依从性以及舒适度4个方面进行综述,为临床合理选择保持器提供参考。
A long-term stable retention is one of the most important links of orthodontic treatment. Most methods are flexible, and doctors should appropriate methods according to the type of malocclusion. Hawley retainer, vacuum-formed retainer, lingual fixed retainer, and its modified version are commonly used in clinics. This paper summarizes four aspects that maintain the effect, influence on periodontal health, compliance, and comfort level of the retainers to provide reference for clinical reasonable selection.
