摘要
以聚乳酸(PDLLA)和聚己内酯(PCL)为原材料,采用熔融共混法制备PDLLA-PCL共混物。采用拉伸试验机、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、毛细管流变仪和原子力显微镜分别对共混材料的力学性能、热力学性能、流变性能和表面微观形貌进行了分析与表征。研究表明:随着PCL含量增加,共混物的柔韧性提高,拉伸强度逐渐降低,熔融峰向高温方向移动,熔融热焓和结晶热焓增加,表观黏度增大;PDLLA-PCL共混物制备的薄膜表面平整度优于PDLLA薄膜,当w(PCL)=30%时达到最好。
PDLLA PCL blends were prepared by melt process with poly (D,L-lactic acid) (PDLLA) and poly (ε-caprolactone) (PCL). The mechanical properties, thermal properties, rheological properties and surface morphology of the blends were analyzed and characterized with tensile testing machine, Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), capillary rheometer and atomic force microscopy respectively. Results showed that the flexibility increased, the tensile strength decreased, the melting peak temperature moved to high temperature, melting enthalpy and enthalpy of crystallization increased, the apparent viscosity increased with the increasing of PCL content. The surface flatness of film prepared with PDLLA-PCL blends were better than that of PDLLA. The film prepared by blend with 30% PCL mass fraction was the best.
