摘要
目的：为了降低和更好地预防急性细菌感染性鼻窦炎患者的发病,观察和探讨在西医治疗基础上加用玉屏风散的有效性和价值。方法：按照随机双盲对照的原则将2012年1月~2014年1月来我院耳鼻喉科就诊的198例急性细菌感染性鼻窦炎患者分为观察组和对照组,治疗过程中,对照组的99例患者主要口服西药（0头孢丙烯）治疗,而观察组的99例患者在口服西药治疗的基础上加用中药（玉屏风散）治疗,对比和分析观察组和对照组患者的临床治疗效果及各种症状的改善情况。结果：两组经过治疗对比分析可知,对照组患者的治疗效果显著低于观察组,且P〈0.05,两组具有统计学意义;观察组患者的症状缓解时间和对照比组患者明显缩短,且两组患者比较差异也同样具有比较价值（P〈0.05）。结论：对于急性细菌感染性鼻窦炎患者在采取西药治疗的同时结合中医治疗,不仅可以提高临床治疗效果,而且可以减少患者痛苦。
Objective： To To reduce and prevent the onset of acute bacterial sinusitis,observe and explore the efficience and value of jade screen power on the basis of western medicine treatment.Methods：Divide 198 patients with acute bacterial sinusitis who saw a doctor in otolaryngology of our hospital between January 2012 and January 2014 into observation group and control group,treat 99 patients of observation group through primary oral western medicine（propylene）,while add traditional Chinese medicine（Jade screen power） based on treatment of observation group to 99 patients of control group.Compare and analyze their clinic curative efficience and the improvement of all symptoms.Results：After treatment,the clinical treatment effect of observation group of patients is significantly better than the control group,and the comparation similar between the two groups has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The symptom disappears＇ time of observation group is obviously shorter than control group,it also make sense in statistic（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with acute bacterial sinusitis,while taking western medicine combined with TCM treatment,not only can improve the clinical therapeutic effect of patients but also reduce patients＇ pain.
