摘要
采用W-Re合金搅拌头对α+β双相Ti-6Al-4V钛合金板材在不同工艺参数下进行搅拌摩擦焊,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和显微硬度计对在不同焊接速度和搅拌头旋转速度下得到的焊缝组织进行了显微组织和力学性能分析。结果表明,在较低热输入参数下(n=120r/min,v=30mm/min和n=200r/min,v-50mm/min)焊缝无缺陷。在n=120r/min,v=30mm/min的条件下,组织主要为动态再结晶等轴α相,晶粒细小,焊接接头硬度较高。
The two-phase α+β titanium alloy, Ti-6A1-4V, was friction stir welded by using a W-Re pin tool at three different process parameters. The mierostruetures and mechanical properties of the welds at different welding speeds and rota- tion speeds were analyzed by using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscope and microhardness tester. Defect-free welds were attained with low heat input welding parameters (n: 120r/min, v: 30mm/min and n: 200r/min, v=50mm/ min) . In the former condition, the microstrueture primarily consists of dynamic recrystallizated equiaxed α phase with fine grain size and the hardness is higher of welded joints.
