摘要
目的：对口腔种植修复牙列缺损的临床效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2013年1月～2015年2月期间在我院接受治疗的44例患者（60颗牙），随机分为两组进行对照组研究，对照组患者给予常规修复方法治疗，治疗组患者给予口腔种植修复方法治疗，对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗组患者对咀嚼功能、固位功能、语言功能、舒适度、美观度等方面的满意度评分以及治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组，差异显著，治疗有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论口腔种植修复牙列缺损效果显著，能够改善牙齿美观，对提高患者的咀嚼功能以及治疗满意度具有十分重要的作用，值得推广应用。
ObjectiveClinical effect of oral implantology repair for dentition defect is to be studied.MethodsChoose 44 patients （60 teeth） of dentition defect who are treated in hospital from January 2013 to February 2015 and separate them into two groups at random; patients in control group are given conventional repair treatment and patients in study group are given oral implantology repair treatment, then compare patients’ treatment effects between two groups. ResultsCompared to patients in control group, patients’ assessment scores in terms of chewing function, retention function, language function, comfort and appearance in study group are much higher; besides, treatment efficacy in study group is much higher than that in control group, there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）.ConclusionOral implantology repair is of efficacy for dentition defect; it is conducive to improving dental appearance and it is significant to increase patients’ chewing function and their satisfaction with treatment. Thus, such a treatment method is quite worthwhile to be applied widespread.
