广东高职院校“双师型”教师心理弹性与归因方式的关系探究 被引量:2

Exploration on the Relationship between the Psychological Resilience and the Attribution Methods of "Dual-qualification" Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges of Guangdong

摘要 本文采用弹性量表及多维度多归因量表对160名"双师型"教师进行问卷调查,了解"双师型"教师心理弹性及归因方式的关系。结果发现女教师的心理弹性优于男教师,不存在统计学意义;男教师在工作成就归因及人际关系归因都倾向于外控;"双师型"教师的心理弹性各维度与归因方式的各维度均具有显著正相关,回归分析表明坚韧、力量对工作成就归因的努力因素有正向预测作用;坚韧对人际关系归因的努力因素有显著正向预测作用,乐观维度对工作成就归因的能力、运气及背景因素均具有显著正向预测作用,对人际关系归因的能力及运气因素均有显著正向预测作用。 Using CD-RISC and MMCS, this paper made a ques- tionnaire survey on 160 "dual-qualification" teachers, aiming to learn about the relationship between the psychological resilience and attribution methods of "dual-qualification" teachers. The re- suits show that the psychological resilience of female teachers is better than that of male teachers, but it is not of statistic signifi- cance; male teachers tend to be external in the attributions of work and interpersonal relationship; the various dimensions of "dual-qualilication" teachers' psychological resilience and the various dimensions of their attribution methods have a significant positive correlation, and the regression analysis shows that tough- ness and strength have positive prediction function for effort fac- tors in the attribution of academic achievements; toughness has a significant positive prediction function for effort factors in the at- tribution of interpersonal relationship, and optimism has a signif- icant prediction function for the ability, luck and background factors in the attribution of academic achievements, as well as for the ability and luck factors in the attribution of interpersonal re- lationship.
