摘要
文章通过回顾相关文献,对国内医院客户服务模式进行综述,介绍了医院客户服务模式的概念、国内医院客户服务模式的现状等方面,并结合我国实际情况对数字化新型医院客户服务模式的发展和思考进行了归纳,旨在为国内的同类研究提供参考。
The paper summarized customer service modes in domestic hospital through literature review, introduced the concept and current modes of hospi- tal customer service mode, and concluded the development of new digital hospital customer service mode combining with the actual situation in China, so as to pro- vide reference for similar domestic studies.
