摘要
目的评价分析TBL结合临床路径式教学法在妇科护理教学中的可行性和实用性。方法选取60名护理实习学生随机平均分为两组,分别采用TBL结合CP教学法和传统教学法,比较分析教学效果,通过教学反馈分析实施效果。结果 TBL结合CP教学组理论考核成绩和实践考核成绩均优于传统教学组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;说明学生对TBL结合CP教学有较高的认可度。结论 TBL结合CP教学法在妇科护理教学中具有实用性和可行性。
Objective To explore and analysis the practicality and feasibility of the team based learning method (TBL) combine with the clinical pathway leaning method (CP) in clinical teaching of gynecological nursing. Methods Selected 60 nursing interns average divided into two groups randomly, respectively adopt TBL combined with CP teaching method and traditional teaching method, analyzed and compared effect on teaching methods. Analyzed the effect on implementation through teaching feedback. Results TBL combined with CP teaching group of professional test results and knowledge contest results were better than the traditional teaching group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Explain the TBL combined with CP method havs recognized by the students. Conclusions TBL combined with CP method for the clinical teaching of gynecological nursing is practical and feasible.
