摘要 利用自行搭建的膜吸收CO2实验台,以Na OH和单乙醇胺(MEA)溶液为吸收剂,采用聚丙烯(PP)中空纤维膜组件考察了模拟烟气中SO2对CO2脱除率的影响,采用PP、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)这3种膜材料研究了膜吸收过程中SO2对其传质系数以及膜材质的影响。结果表明,CO2脱除率随模拟烟气中SO2浓度的升高有所降低,但在短时间内,低浓度的SO2造成的影响较为微弱;SO2的存在降低了膜组件的传质系数,其中受影响最大的为PVDF;SO2会吸附在膜表面,其吸附率依次为:PP>PTFE>PVDF;SO2的吸附对PVDF膜材质造成一定损害。 Using NaOH and MEA as the absorption solution, the effect of SO2 on the CO2 removal efficiency was experimentally studied by polypropylene (PP) hollow fiber membrane contactor in self-designed CO2 membrane absorption system. The polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polyvinylidenefluoride (PVDF) and PP membranes were used to studied the influence of SO2 on mass transfer coefficient and membrane material during membrane absorption. The experiment results show that the CO2 removal efficiency decreases with the increasing of SO2 concentration, however, the influence is negligible within short operation time due to low SO2 concentration. At the presence of SO2, the mass transfer coefficient decrease as the function of time and PVDF is affected mostly among the three membranes. Moreover, SO2 is adsorbed on the membrane surface, and the order of adsorption capacity is: PP〉PVDF〉PTFE. The PVDF membrane material maybe destructed due to the SO2 adsorption.
