摘要
高校实验室是进行实践教学、科学研究的主要基地,目前各高校都对实验室建设给予高度重视。传统的管理模式已经不能适应现代化实验室管理的要求。建设开放式实验室是激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生综合能力的有效途径。同时,建立教学与科研的良性互动机制有助于培养学生科学创新精神,开展校企深度合作有助于资源共享和培养学生的实践操作和就业能力。论文分析了开放式实验室的特征,探讨如何建立自助式的管理模式、增加师生互动和教学与科研的互动、深化校企合作等问题。
Fostering talents, scientific research, and social service are three major functions of the contemporary university. Cultivation of innovative talents has become the common goal of higher education all over the world. Laboratory is the main base of practical teaching and science research in the university. At present, many universities have paid close attention to the building of the laboratory. But the traditional management mode is unable to meet the need of modern laboratory management. Open laboratory is a good method to stimulate interest in experiment sand to foster students＇ comprehensive ability. In addition, the teaching-scientific research interaction mechanism plays a very important role in cultivating students＇ scientific creative ability, further promotes the cooperation between university and enterprise, and realizes resource sharing and fosters students＇ practical manipulative ability and vocational quality. This paper analyzes the characteristics of open laboratory and explores how to establish self-service laboratory management mode, strengthen teacher-student interaction and teaching-scientific research interaction, and deepen the cooperation between university and enterprise.
