运动相关性骨挫伤与隐匿性骨折的MRI评价 被引量:7

摘要 运动损伤中,由于膝及踝关节的结构及功能特点,容易发生损伤。MRI具有多参数、任意方位成像且对骨肌软组织分辨率高的优势,能准确显示骨挫伤及隐匿性骨折,避免因X线平片及CT漏诊或误诊从而延误治疗引起的严重后果。本文旨在探讨其MR诊断及其临床价值。
