上海某车间冰蓄冷空调系统改造分析 被引量:2

摘要 冰蓄冷技术主要是利用夜间低谷电开机蓄冷,在白天电力使用高峰时段释放冷量,以缓和电网峰电时段电力供需不平衡的矛盾,从而达到移峰填谷的效果。以上海某车间冰蓄冷空调系统设计为例,提出了冰蓄冷空调系统的改造方案与运行策略,并从经济性角度与传统空调系统进行了比较和分析。与传统空调系统相比,采用冰蓄冷空调系统后,制冷主机装机容量减小27%,系统配电量减少20%。但是,冰蓄冷系统初投资仍需多增加168万元,年运行费用节省37万元,静态回收期为4.5年。考虑传统空调系统电力增容因素的影响,静态回收期为2.4年。 Ice storage technology means using the cheap electricity at night for cold storage, and release cold at peak hours in daytime, in order to ease electricity supply and demand contradiction at peak hours, reaching peak load shifting purposes. Taking the ice storage air-conditioning system design in a workshop of Shanghai as example, the paper proposed rehabilitation programs and operation strategies, economic analysis and comparisons combined with traditional air conditioning system. With the ice storage air-conditioning system, the chiller’s capacity decreases 27%, the distribution of system decreases 20%. But the initial investment of the ice storage air-conditioning system demands 1 680 000 Yuan more, the annual operating cost saves 370 000 Yuan, the static payback period is four and half years. The static payback period is 2.4 years considering the influence of the power capacity increasing of traditional air conditioning system.
