中西医结合治疗乳腺疾病疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察中西医结合方法治疗乳腺疾病的疗效。方法将54例乳腺疾病患者随机分为2组各27例。对照组采取外科手术治疗,实验组行外科手术联合中药汤剂治疗,治疗前后均行超声检查,比较2组治疗效果。结果实验组治疗后超声Ⅰ型为30%,对照组Ⅰ型为18%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后血流评分优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组总有效率稍高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外科手术联合中药汤剂治疗乳腺疾病相比单纯外科手术效果更佳,安全可靠。
