摘要
分析了烟草物流企业仓储、订单拣选和分拣等作业现场存在的浪费现象及产生浪费的原因,结合烟草物流企业自身的特点,构建了一套基于精益化理论的行之有效的现场管理体系,并探讨了精益化现场管理的实施要求。
Analysis of the tobacco logistics companies, warehousing, order picking and sorting, such as the existence of job site waste and produce waste reasons, combined with tobacco logistics enterprise＇s own characteristics, constructed a theory based on the well-established field of lean management system, and discusses the implementation of the requirements of lean-site manage- ment.
