摘要
植物肽在动物消化道内可被直接吸收,具有提高免疫力、促生长和促进营养物质消化吸收等作用。本文就植物肽的制备、代谢机制、生理功能及其在饲料中的应用进行综述。
Plant peptide could be directly absorbed in animal digestive tract, and has the regulating function such as improving immunity, promoting growth and digestion of nutrition and so on.In this paper, the preparation, metabolic mechanism and physiological function of plant peptide and its application in feed were summarized.
