丹紫康膝冲剂治疗膝骨性关节炎30例总结 被引量：1

摘要 目的:观察丹紫康膝冲剂治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予口服丹紫康膝冲剂治疗,对照组给予口服硫酸葡萄糖胶囊治疗。治疗1个月后,比较两组疗效及膝关节疼痛改善情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.7%,对照组为90.0%,治疗组患者的疼痛缓解程度明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹紫康膝冲剂治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效较好,且无明显不良反应。
