摘要
为了解黔产石韦不同极性部位萃取物对小鼠外周血白细胞数的影响,采用溶剂法对有柄石韦的不同极性部位进行萃取,用常规白细胞计数法评价不同极性部位萃取物对小鼠外周血白细胞数的影响,并用HPLC法分析其氨基酸成分。结果表明:黔产石韦的极性较大部位萃取物对小鼠外周血白细胞数有明显升高作用,极性较小部位无明显作用。水提组分可显著提高小鼠外周血白细胞数。黔产石韦中至少含有谷氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸和亮氨酸4种氨基酸。其中,谷氨酸含量为1.189mg/g,甘氨酸为0.70mg/g,丙氨酸和亮氨酸含量,分别为0.36mg/g和0.343mg/g。结论:谷氨酸可能是黔产石韦水提组分中增加小鼠外周血白细胞数的关键成分,甘氨酸具有协同作用。
The increasing white cell effect of extractions with different polarity from P .petiolosa produced in Guizhou were evaluated by solvent method and normal white cell count method,and amino acid constituents were analyzed through HPLC method.Results:The extractions with higher polarity increased the peripheral white blood cells of mice significantly,and the extractions with lower polarity can not.Especially,The effect of the water decocted liquid of P .petiolosa produced in Guizhou was the greatest on the mice peripheral white blood cells.It was found that that kinds of P .petiolosa contained four kinds of amino acids at least. Glu content was the highest (1.189 mg/g), followed by Gly (0.70 mg/g),Ala and Leu were the lowest,respectively 0.36 mg/g and 0.343 mg/g.Conclusion:Glu was presumed as the key components for increasing the mice peripheral white blood cells in the water decocted liquid of P .petiolosa produced in Guizhou,Gly was of synergistic effect.
