摘要
通过航天产品甲基乙烯基硅橡胶密封件的热氧加速老化试验评估其贮存寿命,并与自然贮存试验结果相对照,评价加速老化试验评估硅橡胶密封材料贮存寿命的准确性。结果表明,通过人工加速老化试验评估出甲基乙烯基硅橡胶密封件的贮存寿命为16.5年,并得到自然贮存试验的验证;在室内贮存环境中,可采用热氧加速老化方法评估硅橡胶材料贮存寿命,其评估结果具有较高的准确性。
The shelf life of a methyl vinyl silicone rubber seal was predicted by thermal-oxidative accelerated aging test, and compared with the real natural storage life of the same seals. The accuracy of the shelf life of silicone rubber was evaluated by accelerated aging test. Results showed that the shelf life of the methyl vinyl silicone rubber seals was more than 16.5 years, and were verified by natural aging test. The results suggest that the shelf life of methyl vinyl silicone rubber seals indoors could be predicted by the thermal-oxidative aging accelerated tests with high accurate prediction results.
